HEALTH SCREENING & PUBLIC SAFETY MANAGEMENT For Community Curbside Suppers

JAMES WOODSON, DDS: ON-SITE SCREENING & CONTROL

ALL ON-SITE VOLUNTEERS AND PERSONS INVOLVED IN FOOD AND CONTAINER PREPARATION WILL BE SCREENED FOR SIGNS OF ILLNESS.

SCREENING PROCESS WILL INCLUDED:

· ALL VOLUNTEERS WILL SIGN IN EACH DAY AND RESPOND TO HIGH RISK SCREENING QUESTIONS (WHICH FOLLOW CDC GUIDELINES).

· ANYONE WHO ANSWERS YES TO ANY OF THE SCREENING QUESTIONS WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE.

·  ALL VOLUNTEERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO HAVE THEIR TEMPERATURE MEASURED UPON ARRIVAL AND RECORDED.

·  TEMPERATURE REQUIREMENT IS 99.4 OR LESS TEMPORALLY       (FOREHEAD).

·  STRICT HAND WASHING WILL BE FOLLOWED.

·  FOOD HANDLING GLOVES WILL BE WORN AT ALL TIMES BY ALL PERSONS.  THIS INCLUDES THE HANDLING OF ALL TAKE OUT CONTAINERS AND BAGS FROM THE POINT OF ENTRY TO THE PROPERTY.

· GUESTS ARRIVING FOR FOOD PICKUP WILL BE ASKED TO REMAIN IN THEIR CARS.

·  GUESTS ARRIVING BY FOOT OR BICYCLE WILL BE DIRECTED TO A DESIGNATED AREA ON THE WEST SIDE OF LOT WHERE FOOD WILL BE DELIVERED TO THEM.
